Clients and Enquirers
Forms may be used on this site for clients or enquirers to request information, products and services from UK Haptics. To enable us to respond to such
enquiries, we will request the user’s contact information, such as email address or telephone number and a contact name. We will use this contact
information to respond to your enquiry. Users who wish to do so may also ‘opt-in’ to any future mailings provided by UK Haptics – please note that this
will be purely on an opt-in basis not an opt-out, in keeping with the Data Protection Act.
Sharing of Information
UK Haptics do not and will not sell individual customer names or other private profile information to third parties. The only time that UK Haptics would
disclose client information would be if required to do so by law, court order, as requested by other government or law enforcement agencies with the powers
to request such information or when we have reason to believe that disclosing the information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action
against a person who may be causing interference with our rights or properties, whether intentionally or otherwise or if such activities could be harmful
to another person.
